Could not connect to MySQLPHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library '.;C:\PHP\extensions\php_msql

Try copying the extension you want from the extensions directory to the root directory of PHP. There are also some conflicts with different versions of PHP and MySQL, but try that first.
