I am trying to install Yahoo Messenger, but it says it could not load the DLL library C:\\WINDOWS\USER32.DLL The specified module could not be found.

could be a few things. first reboot, then try again, if not then clear your cache's, your temp folders and defrag and scan disc then try it. it sounds like you have a corrupted file (the dll) id also run the virus scanner if nothing else works, they change the registry to correct format
