When i try to load yahoo mesenger it says could not load DLL.library C:\windows\kernel32.dll.an attp.incet.for
http://microsoft.com has a fix for this error message. Go to the web-site and search for "kernel32.dll fixes". Download the one that says "kernel32.dll".
